Audio Recording and Audio Rendering maximize the benefits of verification interviews

This is the first time Apptical has applied its powerful SoundDecisions Turnkey Service to a health insurance product.

As soon as an interview is complete, Southwest Service Insurance Company underwriters can use the Apptical SoundDecisions Web Application to listen to the interview, view results, print results and import XML data. The Apptical SoundDecisions Turnkey Service provides a complete fulfillment solution where everything from the call recording to Caller ID information is instantly available to Southwest Service Life Underwriters.
