The client is solely responsible for the content of any postings, data, or transmissions using the Services or any other use of the Services by the Client or by any person or entity the Client permits to access the Services. The client will not use any Apptical equipment or services in a manner that: (i) is prohibited by any law or regulation or Apptical policy, whether a trademark, copyright, libel, defamation, or any other law or regulation, or to facilitate the violation of any law or regulation or such policy; or (ii) will disrupt third parties use or enjoyment of any communications service or outlet.
Client shall, at its own expense, comply with all laws, regulations, and other legal requirements that apply to it in conjunction with its use of Apptical’s services, including copyright, privacy, and communications decency laws.
The Client will not violate or tamper with the security of any Apptical computer equipment or program. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following: unauthorized access to or use of data, systems, or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network. Apptical will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected.
Apptical does not tolerate e-mail spamming or similar abuses of its network. A user shall not use another site’s mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site. Indirect or attempted violations of this policy, and actual or attempted violations by a third party on behalf of an Apptical customer or a customer’s end user, shall be considered violations of the policy by such customer or end user.
If applicable, the Client will enter into agreements with each of its end-users sufficient to comply with the terms herein. If Apptical has reasonable grounds to believe that Client is utilizing the Services for any such illegal or disruptive purpose Apptical may suspend or terminate Services immediately upon notice to Client.

Apptical System Alerts via Text Message
You have the option of adding a mobile phone number to your Apptical User profile. By adding a mobile phone number to your Apptical system user profile, you are certifying that you are the account holder for the mobile phone account or have the account holder’s permission to use the mobile phone number for Apptical system alerts. You are also consenting to receive Apptical system Alerts via SMS text messages. SMS Text message fees may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Alerts sent to your primary email address won’t be affected by this action. To reactivate SMS text alerts, go to your Apptical system user profile and add your mobile number.
